Building a Community

Sterling Place boasts over 45,000 square feet of space, featuring 341 units and a two-level underground garage with 248 parking spaces. This project represents a significant investment in the university community, providing much-needed student housing and fostering a vibrant atmosphere with on-site retail options.

Schuster Concrete Construction played a key role in the project’s foundation, contributing a staggering 26,000 cubic yards of concrete. Our expertise and commitment to quality ensured a solid and durable base for this multi-story development.
